Reaching between felt and roll is the way people get drawn in. Nip and pinch points are covered by the machine guarding rules in OSHA 1910.212 and the power transmission rules in 1910.219. A sign at the point of operation reinforces guarding and lockout practice and tells new and contract workers what the hazard is before they reach in.

Where to post this sign

Mount it on the press section guards and walkways.
