Hot Resin Can Release Under Load. This WARNING Hot Runner Nozzle Tip sign from CGAP Safety reads: HOT RUNNER NOZZLE TIP / HOT RESIN CAN RELEASE UNDER LOAD / ISOLATE AND RELIEVE MELT / PRESSURE / FOLLOW NOZZLE SERVICE PROCEDURE. Written for Injection press shops, plastics processors.
Why this sign matters
Melt in the hot runner stays hot and under pressure after the press stops, so loosening a tip sprays resin onto hands and face.
Where to post it
Place on the tool platen guard beside the hot runner nozzle, facing the technician at the manifold.
Who orders it
Injection press technicians.

Need a sign we do not make?
Need a sign we do not make?
Hyper-specific signage is what we do. Most of our catalog exists because someone had a hazard that generic sign companies do not cover.
If you cannot find the right sign anywhere, describe the hazard and the wording you need. Custom and short-run work is normal for us, with no minimum.
