Safety Signage for Property Managers, Multifamily, and Campuses
The fastest-growing residential fire hazard in the country charges next to the front door, and the first time most tenants learn the rule is after the fire.
Property management signage is policy made visible. A charging rule nobody can see is a rumor. A pool rule nobody posted is a lawsuit. A no-drone policy that exists only in the lease is unenforceable at the gate. Signage is how a property manager turns a policy into something a tenant, a visitor, and a contractor can all see at the same time, and it is the documentation that the policy existed when the question of who knew what comes up.
Battery and charging signs, pool and water signs, outdoor property signs.
What managed property actually has to post
E-bike and e-scooter charging. Lithium-ion battery fires in residential buildings have driven a wave of local ordinances, and the pattern in the fatal fires is consistent: charging indoors, often overnight, often beside the only exit. The control is a posted policy at entrances, mail rooms, bike rooms, and stairwells: charge only in designated areas or not inside the building at all. Guide: e-bike and lithium battery fire signage for apartments and campuses
Pools, spas, and water. Children unattended, drowning risk, slip and fall when wet at hot tubs, pool chemical storage with acid and chlorine separated, and drowning at retention ponds on the property. These are the signs that come up in the deposition.
Electrical and mechanical rooms. Electrical room high voltage, emergency generator, transfer switch, chiller plant refrigerant hazard, and authorized-personnel-only at every mechanical door. The maintenance contractor was never at your safety meeting.
Parking and garages. Garage battery charger explosion risk, EV service and charging areas, and vehicle traffic warnings.
Grounds. Pesticide application in progress, automatic lawn mower operating, no drone zone, tick habitat, venomous snakes, and no trespassing with hazardous conditions present.
Egress. Blocked egress is the violation most often created by normal operations: a bike in the corridor, storage in the stairwell, a chained exit. Guide: blocked egress
Why aluminum on a property
Signs on managed property get cleaned, bumped, weathered, and occasionally vandalized. A vinyl decal in a bike room peels, and a laminated notice at the pool fades to unreadable in one summer. Every sign we make is .040 rust-resistant aluminum with UV-stable inks and pre-drilled holes, so it is screwed to the wall rather than stuck to it, and it is still there next lease term.
How property managers buy from us
Multi-property portfolios, HOAs, universities, and housing authorities order by purchase order, often tax-exempt for public and nonprofit housing. Multi-site shipping, written quotes for board approval, and net terms. We ship within 24 hours and ten or more signs take 10% off automatically. Tell us how many buildings.
