Permit-required confined space signage on 8x12 rust-resistant aluminum, for manholes, vaults, tanks, digesters, lift stations, silos, and pits. Covers entry permit requirements, atmospheric testing, and oxygen-deficient and toxic atmosphere warnings.

OSHA 1910.146 requires that permit spaces be posted so employees are informed of the hazard before entry. These are printed on .040 aluminum with UV-stable inks and pre-drilled mounting holes, so they stay readable at a wet, below-grade access point where a decal would not last.
