Buying for a facility, municipality, or contractor?

About half of what we ship goes to businesses rather than individuals, and we would rather answer the procurement questions up front than make you dig for them.

Email us about any of the following and we will get back to you:

  • Purchase orders and net terms. Tell us your entity and typical order size and we will work out the right setup.
  • Tax-exempt purchasing. Government, municipal, school, and nonprofit buyers: send your exemption certificate and we will handle it.
  • W-9 and vendor onboarding. If your accounting department needs paperwork before they can cut a PO, ask and we will send it.
  • Larger quantity pricing. Outfitting a whole plant, a fleet yard, or multiple sites is a different conversation than ten signs. Tell us the scope.
  • Quotes. If you need a written quote to get an order approved, we will put one together.

Need a sign we do not make?

Hyper-specific signage is the whole point of this business. Most of our catalog exists because somebody had a hazard that generic safety-sign companies do not cover: MRI quench vents, drone flight corridors, EV service bays, battery energy storage, robotic work cells.

If you are posting a hazard and cannot find the right sign anywhere, describe the situation and the exact wording you need. Custom and short-run work is normal for us, not an exception.

Custom kits

We assemble sign kits around real facility types rather than generic categories. If you are outfitting a specific kind of site and want a set built to match it, tell us what the environment is and we will put a kit together.
