Shipping policy

All in-stock catalog signs ship within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. Custom and made-to-order signs ship on the timeline confirmed with you when the proof is approved.

Rates and free shipping
Domestic orders of $35 or more ship free. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout by order weight. Shipping is free on any order that qualifies for the 10% quantity discount.

Where we ship
We ship throughout the United States, and to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most of Western Europe, and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East at carrier-calculated USPS or DHL Express rates shown at checkout. International orders are responsible for any duties or import charges. If your country is not offered at checkout, or you need delivery to multiple sites on one order, contact us before ordering.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order leaves our shop. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Damage in transit
If a sign arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace it at our cost. See our Refund Policy for details.

Facilities, municipalities, and contractors placing larger orders can arrange consolidated shipments, delivery date confirmation, and shipping to job sites. Contact us and tell us what you need.
