MRI safety signage on 8x12 rust-resistant aluminum, covering zone control and access restriction, ferromagnetic screening, projectile hazard, quench vent and cryogen discharge, RF burn risk, pacemaker and implant warnings, and emergency stop identification.

MR suites are zoned environments, and the signage has to hold up to the zone boundary it marks. Aluminum matters here for a second reason beyond durability: it is non-ferromagnetic, so it will not become a projectile near the bore the way a steel sign or steel-framed placard can.
