Net-30 Credit Application
Net-30 terms are available to businesses, government agencies, schools, and nonprofits. Government agencies and public institutions are approved on receipt of a purchase order. Businesses are approved within two business days of a complete application.

Terms
- Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. Pay by ACH, check, or card.
- A credit limit is set on approval. The opening limit for businesses is typically $2,500 and grows with payment history.
- Past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month, and terms are paused until the account is current.
- Purchase orders should reference the account name on this application.
- We may ask for updated information once a year.
